Commercial Support Specialist

Your tasks:

1. Assist in the management of commercial support activities, including expenditure tracking, logistics, and purchasing to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Coordinate the procurement of spare parts and other materials, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization.
3. Support the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to enhance cost savings, efficiency, and quality.
4. Manage inventory and maintain records of purchased goods, delivery information, and invoices to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to identify their needs and ensure proper support for their operations.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for cost reduction and supplier improvements.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of logistic strategies, optimizing transportation routes and delivery schedules.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all commercial support activities.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial support function.

Your Profile:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in commercial support, procurement, logistics, or a similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in purchasing and inventory management.
4. Ability to work under pressure, handle difficult situations, and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience in managing personnel and working effectively within a team environment.
7. Comprehensive understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. International and multicultural awareness, with the ability to adapt to diverse working environments.
10. Willingness to travel as required.
11. Valid driving license.
