MCI has successfully provided a fully refurbished Spreader with Tripper Car to meet the capacity of 9,000 t/h required by the client. Despite the high capacity requirement, MCI was able to source a machine of the appropriate size through our trusted connections, and facilitated its complete overhaul and logistical transport to the mine site.

We were also responsible for the erection commissioning and Operator training for the operation team, ensuring they could operate the machine with ease. Additionally, a comprehensive set of spare parts was provided to the client to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the machine.
By offering a used and overhauled machine, MCI was able to provide the client with a cost-effective solution that saved them almost 50% of the cost of a brand new machine, without sacrificing performance.
